Currently Miami Beach Events has a facebook page that consists of:
- 750 Likes on facebook (our fan likes grow daily)
- A little over 10k followers on twitter (our followers grow daily)
The reach:
On facebook : A message is posted one time and appears on 750 fans walls who can choose to repost the message on their facebook wall where their friends can choose to like the message and continue to spread it.
Reach of Facebook Calculation:
750 fans x 1 message +2 people reposts (minimum amount message is shared or like throughout other facebook statuses with 100 friends minimum) = 950 minimum possible reach/impressions

10000 followers x 1 message +5 retweets/retweeters = 10,005 seen on twitter x 5 twitter pages message appears on (from the retweeter) = 50,025 minimum possible reach (can reach more depending on interest and amount of followers reposter has)

The reach:
On facebook: A message is posted one time and appears on 191 fans walls can choose to send repost the message on there facebook wall/feed where their friends can choose to like the message and continue to spread it. All messages are posted and referred back to the original site to bring in traffic.
Reach of Facebook Calculation:
650 fans x 1 message + 2 people reposts (minimum amount message is shared or like throughout other facebook statuses with 100 friends minimum) = 850 people minimum per message
