The Answers

 

A1) Working with us is simple. First find the city or cities you would like to post your message on, and then click on the service you would like. Afterwards create and schedule your message. Lastly, watch it come alive as it is posted on the twitter and/or facebook pages.

 

A2) You can post as many messages as you wish per city. Be aware that the cost is for one tweet per message.

 

A3) Immediate posting happens immediately. After creating your message and checking out, your message will then be immediately posted to its designated page.

 

A4) We currently accept paypal as our source of payment for the protection of our customers. By using paypal, we will never see your credit card details and you are in complete control of your spending. You do not need a paypal account to make payment via paypal.

 

A5) Yes, you can purchase multiple cities at one time as well as create different message for each city.

 

A6) Nope. Not at all. We would love for you to have your own twitter account or be a tweeter to even retweet your own message that you post with us. Regardless if you have an account with us, we will work with you.

A8) Many factors can come into why you may not be receiving many/any clicks or tweets. Consider how your message was crafted and the time of day it was scheduled.

 

A9) All of the messages are delivered in intervals of 20 minutes. We do not overwhelm our fans/followers or believe in spamming. We set up time intervals to where if someone has booked that time, another advertiser cannot purchase that timeslot. We would like to give every message a chance to gain exposure without overloading our fans.

 

 

A10) The best way we suggest creating your message is keeping it fun, conversational and creating a click to call action. By thinking how your audience speaks towards one another and how you would like a message delivered to you would help you create an effective message that brings attention.

 

 

A11) Sure! If your message is scheduled to be delivered more than 20 minutes from publishing, you can simply go into your account and edit the message. If the message is to post immediately or within 20 minutes, it is too late to edit your message and will be posted as is. All messages are posted in the way it was created.

 

 

A12) The Social Cities is committed to providing reputable services to our followers/fans and advertisers. With that being said, we will not publish messages that promote or contain any of the following: Adult goods, profanity, violence, racial intolerance, advocate against any individual, group or organization, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, pornography, adult or mature content, gambling or casino-related content, any illegal activity, sales or promotion of certain weapons such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, brass knuckles, sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco- related products, sales or promotion of prescription drugs, etc.

 

 

A13) None of our pages take the responsibility of any message, which means we disallow the use of messages/ads starting with I, We, Us, They, Me, My, Mine, Our, Ours, etc.

 

A14) Disclosure on The Social Cities is automatically generated and sent out with your messages on twitter and facebook.  The Social Cities abides by the FTC’s disclosure act.

 

A15) We can’t promise to get you sales. We provide a platform for you to reach out to potential customers and readers. We help get you the traffic through our platform, and it’s up to you convert that into a sale.

 



A16) No you do not have to be a business to post on the city pages. You can be a non-profit or an individual with something to say.

 

A17) While the pages are called events, you do not need to post an event. You can post deals, sayings, quotes, just about anything that would be of interest to our followers and fans.

A18)  No other paid ad post will post the same time as your ad does for that particular city.

 

 

A19) The time slot you may want is not available because someone else booked that time slot.

 

 

A20) Yes we would like all customers to register or login before making a purchase. This helps you track your purchase history with us as well as edit your message.

 

A21) You can purchase as many cities as you want.

 

A22) Yes. When you check out you will have to complete the creative for each city.

 

A23) We do not like to spam our followers and our page. We believe in intervals of 20 minutes per message.

 

A24) Upload the image you would like to set as a twitter background. Click on the show preview button to display how the image will look as a background. You can only set twitter backgrounds to post on a Monday and end on a Friday. We leave up twitter backgrounds on a per week basis. If you order on a Tuesday and want your message to publish on a Monday, it will be the next Monday and you will receive an email from us stating so.

 

A25) We believe in the security of paypal and do not want to store anyone’s personal information.  We believe paypal is a great gateway.

 

A26) Other messages will show around your time slot, but none will show exactly on your time slot.

 

A27)  Sure you can choose the immediate posting and creative team option but it won’t happen. The creative team needs at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to create a message. It’s best not to choose both options.

 

A28)  In order to check out make sure you have completed the creative to each item in your shopping cart.

 

A29) Make sure you have picked an available time, day and time zone. Also make sure your message has no errors.

 

A30)  Any url you enter in will show as a bitly when published.

 

A31)  The word that says turning into a bitly is there for you to highlight your url with your mouse and click on turn into a bitly so you can see the sample bitly it will show.

 

A32) The bitly that is showing is a sample bitly. It is a demo and not the actual bitly that will show.

 

A33) To see the preview of the twitter background, simply click on the show preview button.

 

A34) Nope. You have the choice to pick different times and different days for each city message.

Campaign Answers

 

A1) Creating a campaign with us is easy. Simply click on campaigns and either send us a message with a request of a campaign or fill out our form with details to the type of campaign you would like to create and we will contact you to and take it from there.


A2) Before any campaign is started, we will send a custom quote over to you in your account. You can then check out with the pay now button for your campaign and we will get started.


A3) Send us a message through your account that you would like to pause your campaign till further notice and we will do just that. We again do not issue refunds for unfinished campaigns, paused campaigns, etc.
