Our Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. The responsibility to how a message/campaign performs is placed on the customer. Any message that is has any misspellings or is delivered in the wrong way is placed on the responsibility of the creator of the message or the customer who approves a custom message. All of the messages that are chosen to be created by the staff of ‘The Social Cities’ will be created then presented to customer for approval before submission. At least 48 hours is needed to be given to the staff of “The Social Cities” to create a custom message.
