Terms of The Social Cities Contract:

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS THE SOCIAL CITIES, INC. ONLINE TERMS OF
SERVICE AGREEMENT. BY USING OUR SERVICES AND/OR CHECKOUT WITH US, YOU AGREE TO
OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
The Social Cities (www.thesocialcities.com) agrees to provide the following services:
- We will place your ad/message in the time spot you requested (if not flagged, denied or booked by another client) on twitter and/or facebook.
The Social Cities (www.thesocialcities.com) has the right to reserve the following:
- Change prices at any given moment. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Prices can increase/decrease due to demand, impressions, followers and fans.
- Approve, Disapprove, & Flag messages and ads submitted in through the order form or by any other forms of communication.
- Add (-ad) towards the end of an ad/message for compliance and full disclosure that this is a sponsored ad.
- To update or modify Terms of The Social Cities Contract, from time to time with sole discretion by posting changes on this site. You acknowledge that these updates and modifications may adversely affect your ad/message by checking the Terms of The Social Cities Contract, continuing and/or finalizing the checkout process.
The Social Cities’ (www.thesocialcities.com) creative team (for those who chose this option) will:
- Create 3 (three) ads/messages to be presented to advertiser/customer for approval before submission. At least 48 (forty eight) hours or more is needed to be given to the staff of “The Social Cities” to create a custom ads/message. Only 1 (one) of the 3 (three) ads/messages are to be chosen and submitted.
The Social Cities (www.thesocialcities.com) will not:
- Accept ads/messages that contain offensive (what we deem offensive) profanity, violence, racial intolerance, advocate against any individual, group or organization, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, pornography, adult or mature content, gambling or casino-related content, any illegal activity, sales or promotion of certain weapons such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, brass knuckles, sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco- related products, sales or promotion of prescription drugs, etc. All ads of this nature will be flagged and denied approval.
- Post ads/messages that are flagged (flagged messages contain a word or link that is deemed inappropriate or questionable) are reviewed by our internal team for approval or denial. 95% (ninety five) of the messages that are flagged, DO GET DENIED. Reasons why messages would be flagged are the following:
- Misspellings of offensive words
- Offensive words
- Violation of terms in creating a message
- Impersonation of a company, brand, individual
- Messages starting in I, US, We, Our, My, Mine, They (First Person Language)
- Links that redirect to a site we deem to be inappropriate (pornographic, etc)
- Photos that are inappropriate (such as nudity, etc.)
3. Issue refunds for any reason (unless ads/message is manually flagged and order is placed). Any ad/message that needs to be modified outside of the allowed modification time will require a new submission form with the applicable fees.
4. Adjust or modify your ads/message (with the exception of adding –ad at the end of every message). All messages created by you are posted as is. It is the responsibility of the customer to spell check and make sure that the ad/message is error free.
It is your responsibility to check the website at www.thesocialcities.com for any updates or changes in this contract that may occur before, during or after the expiration of your date of purchase.
